Lauren + Kyle | Mt Hood Ski Bowl Summer Wedding

A summer wedding at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl is always one of the highlights of my wedding season. Even though I am afraid of heights, the almost vertical lift ride to the very top is worthing because of the incredible setting it provides. Somehow the ride back down to the warming hut feels even more vertical(as you can see in some of the photos) but it is still one of my favorite places. Guests are always amazed when they arrive by lift or shuttle to the warming hut that it is possible to get married in such an amazing spot. After the ceremony everyone can shuttle down to the reception area at the base of the mountain, or do what i prefer and ride the alpine slide down. Clearly a “normal wedding day” isn’t in the cards for a Mt. Hood Ski Bowl summer wedding.

Lauren + Kyle at and absolutely fantastic summer day for their wedding, and it was a joy from start to finish. They truly enjoyed celebrating with their family and friends as well as the quiet moments where it could be just the two of them. Enjoy!
